A Property PA is committed to full transparency on our regulatory memberships, compliance obligations and the services we provide. This page sets out our key regulatory information in accordance with the requirements of The Property Redress Scheme, the ICO and applicable lettings legislation.
Property Redress Scheme (PRS)
A Property PA is a member of The Property Redress Scheme, an approved redress scheme under the Redress Schemes for Lettings Agency Work and Property Management Work (Requirement to Belong to a Scheme etc) (England) Order 2014. Membership number available on request.
Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
A Property PA is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our ICO registration number is ZC152612.

Our fees are tailored to each instruction and confirmed in writing before any work commences. To receive a fee quote for any of the services below, please use the enquiry button — we will respond promptly with full details.
Our management fees are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of services and vary depending on the scope of management, property type, location and portfolio size.
All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT. A Property PA is not currently VAT registered. To receive a tailored proposal, please contact our team or submit your property details.
Once an inspection or service has been booked and confirmed, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fee.
Digital documents and reports that have been delivered are non-refundable once received, unless they are materially defective.
A Property PA complies fully with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. We do not charge tenants any prohibited fees. The only payments we may request from tenants are:
All tenancy deposits collected by A Property PA are protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the Housing Act 2004 (as amended). Tenants will receive prescribed information confirming which scheme their deposit is held with.
A Property PA carries out Right to Rent checks on all prospective tenants in accordance with the Immigration Act 2014 and the Immigration (Residential Accommodation) (Prescribed Requirements and Codes of Practice) Order 2014. We do not discriminate on the basis of nationality or immigration status beyond what is required by law.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please refer to our Complaints Procedure. As a member of The Property Redress Scheme, unresolved complaints may be referred to the PRS for independent adjudication.
